If you're having trouble loading or experiencing continuous loading with your HiveMind, please try the following:

  • Check if your wallet is connected to Magic Eden. If so, disconnect it.
  • Click on the white circle in the upper right corner of HiveMind, then choose Log Out.

  • Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
  • Determine if you are accessing it on a PC or mobile device, or both. If you're having trouble, you can try logging out of your Hivemind account -> Clearing your browser's cookies and cache. -> Log back into your HiveMind account.

If the issue persists, try removing any trusted apps.
