Is it necessary to own Land to play Honeyland? No, it's not.

However, purchasing Land offers another fun way to play the game and earn Honey without having to log in daily. When bees Hunt or Harvest on your land, they pay the Landowner entry fees and commissions.

You can also Harvest and Hunt on your own land, regardless of your bees' Endurance stat.

EXCEPTION: GenZ Bees reach is limited by the player's XP level even when doing missions on owned Land and all players must have Beemium to Hunt on Extreme Climate Lands.

What's the best land to buy? There are a few popular strategies to consider:

• Any Land is good Land.

• Buy Land in higher Zones to avoid competition.

• Purchase Land in low Zones to have many bees Hunting and Harvesting on it right away.

• If a Bee has a matching Landform Specialty, it will receive a mission boost when on the corresponding land.

• Climate matters as well. Each land has a Normal or Extreme climate. Lands with Extreme climates produce Honeypots with a single shard type that changes daily, making them attractive for bees to Hunt on.

Do your Lands need to be close to each other? Not at all, just purchase Land that appeals to you!
